Patch 107.0 for Slay the Spire 2 adjusts several cards and relics, including buffs to Skulking Colony, The Boot, Juggernaut, Monarch's Gaze, Sic 'Em, and The Scythe, along with a nerf to Reflect. Aeonglass's mechanics have been altered to no longer apply the Ebb debuff, instead gaining Block on its Ebb move. Various bug fixes address issues with card energy costs, relic interactions, visual effects, and event rewards. Additionally, improvements were made to the user interface, music playback, and error handling, while new art and translation updates were added.
