Patch 1.0.1 for Call of the Elder Gods addresses various visual and control issues on PC and Steam Deck. The update fixes problems with low-quality graphics settings, window size persistence, and several animation and texture glitches. Menu navigation using the keyboard is now functional, and collision clipping near the Coordinates machine has been resolved. Additionally, monitor display issues related to fullscreen mode and unsupported resolutions have been corrected.
