Summary (AI)
Patch 1.0.1 for Welcome to the Game III introduces several quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes. Players can now skip intro cinematics, and the Signal Booster 200 price has been reduced from 200 DOS to 125 DOS. Various technical fixes address crashes related to ACRS, resolution changes, and specific gameplay interactions, such as blocking Tanner's entry and preventing the AI scoreboard from showing during power outages. Audio issues, including volume adjustments and muted computer sounds at startup, have been resolved, and the game is now signed to prevent Windows launch problems. Additional tweaks improve the usability of the hacking mini-games and monitor support for higher resolutions.
