Way of the Hunter 2 — Patch 1.0

Way of the Hunter 2 has released its initial patch, introducing a roadmap guiding the game's ongoing Early Access development. The first update will add community-requested features such as thermal night vision, suppressors for stealth hunting, and improvements to New Laurentia's infrastructure that affect gameplay and animal populations. Photo mode enhancements include expanded dog pose variations. Future updates will bring a new map with additional animal species, expanded dog training mechanics, and improvements to animal AI, environmental immersion, and the trophy system. Multiplayer features are planned, starting with a cooperative open beta and progressing toward a persistent world for shared hunting reserves.
