Patch 1.14 for Stellar Tactics resolves several issues including proper tracking of the "Respected Mercenary" achievement. Players can no longer place beacons in locked story mission systems from FTL space unless the mission is active or completed. The Ghornath enemy no longer teleports away immediately after receiving a critical hit. Poison damage-over-time effects are now correctly applied through Psionics and certain perk selections.
