Patch 1.0.11 for Quarantine Zone: The Last Check addresses multiple issues, including various SteamDeck-specific fixes for button mapping, sound effects, and symptom highlighting. Bugs affecting the tutorial, controller functionality, and laboratory analyses have been resolved to improve gameplay flow. Visual glitches, such as survivors carrying doorframe props, have been corrected, and progression blocks related to early cage purchases have been removed.
