Project Zomboid

Project Zomboid update 42.15.0 introduces rebalanced default game modes with new variants replacing most previous presets, along with added firearms and related crafting and loot adjustments. Players gain a reading speed boost when seated and can toggle livestock zone overlays, with new animal symbols added to the map. Numerous fixes address gameplay issues including weapon mechanics, multiplayer desync, sound effects, UI improvements, and environmental interactions. Several quality-of-life enhancements now allow multi-item selection in workstations and improve visual effects when sitting. Mod support and translation handling have been refined, and a security vulnerability has been patched.
