Project Zomboid

Project Zomboid patch 42.13.1 addresses numerous bugs affecting multiplayer functionality, inventory management, and item interactions. Fixes include corrected skill multipliers, proper handling of animal corpses and dropped items, and resolved issues with sleeping, running over animals, and vehicle collisions. Additionally, the update resolves various UI inconsistencies, server crashes, and desync problems. Improvements to mod creation and server connectivity are also included.
