Pass the Fear — Patch 7.28

Pass the Fear patch 7.28 introduces a Maximum Frame Rate option to help reduce stuttering based on hardware load and adds effect quality tiers for dropped items to optimize performance. Holding the Ultimate button now allows continuous casting of the Ultimate ability. Several bugs were fixed, including issues with weapon parts replacement, event room chests reopening, and indefinite monster health recovery. Additionally, monsters receive direct damage when Disruption triggers, and changes were made to Thunder Dragon's effects and the Battle Scar: Light Sensitivity to adjust their mechanics.
