Eslabong — Patch 0.33.4

In patch 0.33.4 for Eslabong, several issues were addressed to improve gameplay and interface. Development tomes now correctly apply milestones, and AI teams no longer use the Tight formation inappropriately. Fighters will not default to AOE +3 tactics, and some abilities that were misused due to AOE tactics have been fixed. Additionally, the academy panel overflow issue has been resolved, alongside various localization improvements.
