Devil of the Plague — Patch 0.3.2

Devil of the Plague patch 0.3.2 introduces multiplayer support for the Satchel perk and adds customizable keybinds for the Active Perk. The update reduces the duration of the Hallucination state and increases movement speed in Ghost Mode. Several bug fixes improve the Pest Hunter's Cat behavior, including item display accuracy and rat-killing functionality, while texture issues have been addressed across various surfaces. Tentacle effects are now properly synchronized with the Hallucination state, enhancing visual consistency.
