Bobo Bay — Patch 0.13

Patch 0.13 for Bobo Bay addresses several bugs and gameplay issues, including fixes to dialogue progression at TV terminals and pauses during final hits in brawls. Performance improvements were made for low-end machines, and various UI interactions have been refined, such as controller inputs and competition trial selection. The patch also adjusts treasure spawn locations, accessory handling, and stat balancing for certain bobos. Additionally, new competition events were added, and multiple crashes and error loggings were improved to aid future debugging. Some items, like the ninja mask, were temporarily removed, and undocumented bobos no longer receive competition rewards.
