Antivirus Survivors 2003 Professional update 1.2 introduces new status effects—Heat, Lag, and Infect—that stack on enemies and impact damage and movement. The Weapon Power stat replaces Repel, enhancing the effectiveness of knockback and status applications. Gameplay improvements include new enemy types like AVSN Messenger Buddy, a redesigned level up screen, and an upgraded minimap with fog of war and better file type differentiation. Quality of life changes such as movable files on the map, improved pickups behavior, and a visible taskbar during runs have been added. The patch also brings localization support for multiple languages, performance optimizations, stability fixes, and a revamped Stats Manager interface.
